Reliability Services is part of the Lifetime Management suite of services.
It is a tiered approach to maintenance, with three tiers that provide progressively increased levels of coverage and support. Our tailor-made programmes increase reliability and availability by reducing maintenance downtime, with associated reductions in cost. Our optional extras give customers the flexibility to choose the most appropriate service level for their assets.
As original designers and manufacturers, we are the best place to get the highest service levels from our products. Our strategically located Support Centres offer the impressive levels of service our customers expect.
There are three primary levels within Reliability Services; each level increases asset reliability and includes the services from the previous tier. These levels are:
- Basic (Heath Check)
- Standard (Planned Maintenance)
- Premium (Enhanced Maintenance)
